Tony Jacklin book "The First Forty Years" with Scorecard Bookmark
World Golf Hall of Fame member Tony Jacklin has many great accomplishments in his golfing career. He is one of only a few men that hold both British and U.S. Open trophies. He was also the captain of the 1985 European Ryder Cup Team that ended 28 years of frustration by finally vanquishing the American squad. Tony is one of the classiest men that the game has ever seen. Despite all of the highs, there were plenty of struggles as well. In his 1985 release titled ”Tony Jacklin, The First Forty Years”, he teamed with Renton Laidlaw to reveal both his triumphs and his tragedies while carrying the full weight of English Golf. Presented here is a Very Good 1st Edition copy of the Queen Anne Press book. This text is well worth the read. To lend a personal touch to the story, we are including an incredible bookmark. It is an authentic Tony Jacklin Tournament Scorecard from the 1996 Intellinet Challenge. The Marker on this scorecard is fellow major champion and World Golf Hall of Fame member Raymond Floyd. Even more interesting is the fact that these two faced off in Ryder Cup play in both singles and team partner competitions. This collectible document is encapsulated so that it will not be damaged. It is an investment grade document and conversation piece that should provide great satisfaction to whomever possesses it. It is a one of a kind offering.
